Refund Policy

1. Money-back guarantee

We want the song to move you. If it does not win you over, you have two tools: free revisions and, if those are not enough, a full refund.

2. Revisions first

From your private page you can request as many changes as you like to the lyrics, the voice or the style, at no cost. In most cases a revision solves the problem within a few hours.

3. How to request a refund

If after at least one revision the song is still not right, write to support@abracadabrax.app within 14 days of delivery, stating the email address used for the order and, if you wish, what did not work. We refund the full amount paid to the same payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Once refunded, the license to the song ends: we ask you not to use or share it.

4. Cancellation before delivery

If you change your mind before receiving the song, write to us right away: if production has not yet been completed, we will cancel the order and refund everything.

5. Late express or urgent delivery

If you paid for express or urgent delivery and the song arrives after the promised deadline for reasons attributable to us, we refund the surcharge even if you keep the song.

6. Statutory right of withdrawal

The song is custom-made digital content and its production starts immediately after payment with your consent: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. The guarantee on this page is a voluntary commitment that goes beyond what the law requires.

7. Chargebacks

Before disputing the charge with your bank, write to us: we resolve almost everything within a day. In the event of a dispute, we will submit to Stripe the documentation of the order, the deliveries and the revisions.
